Dawn Pease – President
Formerly of a retail sign shop in Danvers, she has over 20 years experience in the industry here and abroad.

Dani Doyle – Production Manager
She has been in the industry since the age of 17. Beginning as a laborer, she has worked her way up to design. As the key to our success, she keeps work running fluidly – from order placement, to design approval, to material prep, to fabrication and presentation of the completed product.
Alisha Etheridge – Office Manager
Alisha has been with us since October of 2015. We have known her for many years as our primary contact for one of our clients. She is learning the industry from the ground up the same way the rest of us did and has proven to be a quick learner and a big asset to our team.
